The room had a cozy corner perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee. I loved the helpfulness of Ralph who spent extra time assisting us with our reservation. Katy was so sweet, making sure we felt comfortable while we navigated our plans during our stay.

I loved the ease of check-in and how friendly everyone was! 😄 But the room was pretty dirty with stains everywhere. Not the best stay overall.

Limited positives at Studio 1 Hotel & Extended Stay. The room had a decent layout, offering a bit of space to move around, which I appreciated. The flat-screen TV worked fine and provided some entertainment during downtime. That’s where the positives ended. The first room smelled strongly of mildew, making it uncomfortable to stay. After requesting a change, the second room was better regarding odor, but it still had unclean carpets and visible stains everywhere. It felt neglected overall. There was no soap or shampoo provided, which meant I had to make an unexpected trip to buy some. Higher noise levels were noticeable throughout my stay, likely due to thin walls and insufficient insulation. I didn’t feel secure. some doors didn’t lock, adding to the discomfort.
